Tracking numbers on orders you post yourself
When a print order is on its way, mark it as sent and add the tracking number, so the client does not have to ask where it is.
- Go to Business → Orders and click the order.
- At the top, choose the courier and type the tracking number in **Tracking
number (optional)**.
- Press Mark as sent.
The client is emailed that their order is on its way. If you added a tracking number, the email includes it with a Track it link, and the same appears on their order page.
- Couriers with a tracking link: Australia Post, Sendle, DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, NZ Post, Royal Mail and USPS. For anything else choose Other courier and the number is shown without a link.
- A tracking number is 5 to 40 letters, digits or dashes. Spaces are ignored. A number that does not look right is refused rather than sent to the client.
- Typed it wrong, or posted it before you had the number? Open the sent order, fix the courier or number, and press Correct tracking (or **Add tracking**). The client's order page updates straight away; the email already sent cannot be recalled.
- Only paid orders that have not been sent yet show Mark as sent.
