Collections

A collection is one page that lists several galleries, each with its cover. The client opens any of them from there, and each gallery keeps its own password, downloads and shop.

Make one

1. Open Collections in the menu (beside Galleries), at /admin/galleries/collections.
2. Under Make a collection, give it a Title and choose Who it is for

if it is for one client. Press Make it.

1. Under Galleries in it, choose galleries from Add galleries (hold Ctrl,

or ⌘ on a Mac, to choose several) and press Add to the collection.

1. Use Earlier and Later to change the order, and Take out to remove

one. Taking a gallery out never changes the gallery.

1. Copy The link to send and send it to your client.

Only delivered galleries show on the link. A draft you add appears once you deliver it, and a closed gallery shows as closed.

A password for the collection

Type a Password for the collection page and press Save. Visitors are asked for it once on that device. A gallery with its own password still asks for that one when it is opened.

Brand and language

Choose a Brand to give the page that brand's name, logo and colour. The page follows the visitor's chosen language, like a gallery.
