Brand kits
If you shoot weddings under one name and newborns under another, set each one up as a brand kit. A gallery then wears its brand instead of your studio's name.
Add a brand
- Open Brand kits in the menu (beside Galleries), at
/admin/galleries/brands. - Under Add a brand, give it a Brand name and, if you have one, a
Logo (a PNG with a clear background works best).
- Choose an Accent colour (as
#and six characters), and if you like the
Lettering and Colours the brand always uses.
- Add a Contact email and Website to show at the foot of its galleries.
- Press Add this brand.
The first brand you add becomes the default, so every gallery that has not chosen a brand wears it. Tick The default on another brand, or press Make it the default, to change that.
Choose a brand on a gallery
Open the gallery, then Settings → How it looks → Brand. Choose the brand and press Save. Collections have a Brand too.
What a brand changes
On the client's gallery and collection pages: the name or logo at the top, the accent colour, and the lettering and colours when the brand sets them (they win over the gallery's own). The watermark's words, unless the gallery has words of its own. Emails, invoices and your website keep your studio's details.
Removing a brand sends its galleries back to the default.
